My husband and I are planning to buy a used minivan when we get our tax return. We can only spend $4500 so it has to be an older model. Any suggestions for what kind I should be looking at, how to find out what year each started using the LATCH system, and how to find safety ratings?
I have a 33 pound 20 month old in a RF My Ride 65 and a 20 pound 5 month old RF in an EFTA. We really need a van and don't have much money to spend, but I need to make sure my babies are safe.
