Target's new display!

Forgive me if this has already been noted, but I was dismayed to find that all the seats at Target are tied up in anti-theft devices. You can't try a baby in them at all. That seems kind of stupid.

Now if they were smart, they'd install them all on a test bench where they could be easily accessed and played with.

Some Targets do this, some don't. We still have several local Targets where you can take them off the shelf and mess with them. I'd guess it's up to Loss Prevention and managment for that store/region to make those decisions.

Eh, I don't think it matters much since all of my local Target stores (all 5 of them) have the worst car seat selection ever! Even walmart has them beat!

Each store has the following:
2 baby trend infant seats (different patterns)
1 rear adjust snugride
2 comfort sports (different patterns)
1 Marathon Classic
1 evenflo big kid
1 backless turbo
1 amp

One of the stores has a hb turbo, but the rest this is all that's on the shelves these days. No wonder I got my onboard for $20, RA 55 for $35, and front adjust snugride35 for $38 they were clearancing them out!

Our Target just remodeled and does the same now. They used to have a great selection, too, but now it's almost as bad as pp mentioned. :(
