At my Target tonight stalking clearance prices and noticed they were offering the TrueFit C650 at/about the Nauti sale price for being out of Nautis. $112.78.
$152.98 has been the "clearance" price ($161 being the regular price) for a while now.
My store had 2, both over a year old though-born in Oct 2011. With the 20% off stroller/carseat coupon then redcard discount it would be about $86+tax, so a little more than half the regular price. Even at over a year old, this seemed like a decent deal if you're not willing/able to wait out the markdowns.

They were mailed in a booklet - probably to RedCard customers? A quick Google didn't yield any printables, just people selling theirs on eBay:
