Question Taking an hour drive each way tonight

Which seats should I use?

Caleb will either be middle row, center seat in a BLVD 70 or FR 85. BLVD makes it easier for Abi to buckle, but the FR has cup holders.... Abi sits behind the driver's seat next to Caleb. I'll put her in a HB booster since she'll probably sleep on the way home. PW or TB? She won't use the SG strap on the PW so that's not a deciding factor.

I'm going to try a booster for Kaleigh since I'm having to pass the FRs down to Caleb soon. I know she stays in position when she sleeps, it's when she's awake that I have to worry about her. I can put her in a TB SS, regular TB, or PW SGL. I seem to remember the SGL having issues with the belt not retracting right in the 3rd row where Kaleigh sits. I'll have to check to see if it still does it now that the headrest is higher for her.

So which seat would you use for which kid?

Yes, I could figure this out myself, but I'm procrastinating on doing my psych homework and this seemed like a reasonable excuse. ;)

I would put the girls in whichever boosters fit them better and go with the FR85 for the cupholders.

Update:

We were out past their bed time so while it's not a long ride, I knew they'd probably sleep.

I had Caleb in the FR 85 and the cupholders were a godsend. ;)

Kaleigh rode in the TB SS and did perfectly, even when she fell asleep. I think my big girl is done with harnessed seats. :(

Abigail rode in her Amp and stayed in position but said she wants her PW backless because there's not enough padding on the Amp. lol

Glad it worked out! Be sure to give Caleb his shrinking pills so you can keep one harnessed forever ;)
