It was a '12. I'm nearly positive the ones we looked at last year were like that, too, because I swore I remembered them being that way.

We also looked at the Chevy truck, and it has switchable retractors outboard and a lap-shoulder belt with a heavy-duty locking latchplate on it in the center. That was interesting. Just FYI :p

Chevy is seven shades of ridiculous with their belts. In my van, I had ELR, ALR, switchable retractors, and heavy duty locking latchplates (those belts also had switchable refractors!).

Oh, I didn't even think to check whether the heavy-duty locked at the retractor, too! But it doesn't matter--I didn't like their trucks. :p

If you aren't having more kids and the issue is cargo room in the truck why not just get a canopy for the truck??

That might wind up being what we do, but our current truck is a dually which makes it a royal PITA to park and stuff. Not impossible, but something we'd rather not deal with.
