Special needs child looking for carseat

My son is 7 months and 30 inches so he is almost outgrowing his infant car seat. I’m looking for a carseat that would best suit someone with hypotonia cerebral palsy and minimal head control. He also has hydrocephalus so his head is larger and tends to tip over since he doesn’t have much neck control. I would need a car seat with a ton of head support and one that reclines. I’m hoping to find one that rotates since he is quite heavy as well. any suggestions?

I'm not a tech my son has hypotonia due to Down syndrome. We got him the Britax Boulevard ClickTight and have been very happy with it. It has deep supportive sides, rear faces to 40 lbs, and can be reclined forward facing when the time comes. The only downsides are that it is heavy and bulky, but that's true of most convertible seats.

I think it's likely you won't get everything you want in a seat- rotating, for instance. How much does he weigh? Does he have other medical needs?
