Yeah, the only kids older than 18 months I've seen are my kids. This kid was bigger than my almost 3 yo!

Wonder if it was me? Haha! Although I usually go to Walmart after the kiddos go to bed so probably not......but that is the one I go to!

I don't usually go to that one, but I was meeting someone for a CL sale. It was 5:30ish on a Thursday.

I thought of going up and saying something positive, but I'm a bit shy, and even wondered if it was someone from here!

I didn't realize there were people from Greenville on here. That's great!

I have seen a difference in RF and tether use since my son 4 year old was a baby. Its still not anywhere close to good or common, but definitely a tiny improvement!

I lived in Augusta, Georgia which is right on the border with South Carolina. Car seat usage around those areas is really terrible, nobody cares much at all. You *might* get a ticket if you didn't use car seats at all (probably not though), but nobody is going to stop you from rear facing as long as you want.
