My wife and I expecting sextuplets looking for best vehicle to cart 6 littles and safest car seats

For vehicles, the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna are both highly recommended minivans that come in 8-passenger configurations. You'll want to make sure every rear seating position has a top tether anchor for when the kids are eventually in forward-facing harnessed seats. Many parents here have loaded rear-facing babies and kids through the rear hatch of their minivans, which you may need to do as well!
As for bringing the babies home, multiples of course tend to be low birth weight and/or premature. It can be difficult to find even a rear-facing only seat (infant seat) that fits very small babies well. Here is a list that is a bit older, but very trustworthy. These seats all go down to 4 pounds and will fit small babies well. I also recently watched a webinar from the manufacturer Summer Infant about their new Affirm 335 infant seat line that fits infants down to 3 pounds! And it's really been tested to fit babies that small, unlike the Combi infant and convertible seats that have low weight limits, but the lowest harness slot is not low enough to be at or below the shoulders of a tiny baby. There are some convertible seats that go down to 4 pounds and may fit tiny babies well also, but they may not be narrow enough to fit 6 of them in one vehicle. Maybe someone else has more specific ideas in this area.
