Seat belt/booster weirdness

Okay, so 2 months ago I had to replace dd's Santa Fe with a LiteRider in my 2006 Pilot b/c, while it gave her a good lap belt fit, the shoulder belt was off her shoulder (it hadn't been previously; she was centered and not leaning). The LiteRider was perfect. So now 2 months later we're starting to have the same issue with the LiteRider. She sits in the 2nd row and does not 5 step there. She does 5 step in the 3rd row but it's a huge pain for her to get back there. She's 55 lbs so not quite big enough for the Incognito yet. Any ideas?
