Scored a Size4Me for $125 at Target!!

After hearing about the short crotch strap, I'm not as excited about picking one up, but I still want to play with one. I never even saw the thing on the Target shelves here, which is why I was shocked they went to clearance at other Targets!

It never was on display to my knowledge. Ours just had two on the clearance end caps, never saw it on the shelves.

A tad OT but where was your manual in the box? on the seat somewhere? I am not seeing mine. seat came with tag still on and seemingly intact etc. .... but I don't recall seeing the manual

Mine was attached to the seat in a sealed plastic bag with the registration card and a warning card attached.

so on the harness... that is so obvious that that is probably where it is lol. (It is in dh's van so I can't go check. I just recalled it NOT being in the slot on the back)

It was in a little plastic bag and I believe it was attached to the straps of the seat along with the warranty card.

I drove the 45 minutes to buy one at BBB and use a 20% off coupon, instead of the 2 hours to get one at Target. Haven't installed it yet, but I did set it up and put DS in it. My thoughts:

- You can only use the inside crotch strap position when rf, and I thought that would bother me, because DS has been complaining about the TFP crotch strap hurting him, but he seems to have plenty of room.

-The back hardly seems padded at all. We'll see if he complains. He's been complaining that the TFP hurts his back.

-He's 37", all torso, and he has A LOT of growing room RF. Thank you Graco for rescinding the 40" rule!

-The no rethread harness is awesome. I'm so glad to not have a continuous loop harness anymore. It's also MUCH sleeker than the TFP (the harness AND the inside of the seat), he's no longer falling to the side, with straps slipping off his shoulders.

-Silly complaint, but the word "RECLINE" is printed on the recline bar on the front of the seat, and new out of the box it was already rubbing off.

However, for a tall, super-skinny kid, it looks good so far! :D

I scored one yesterday on my way to OKC!! So now I have 2 since the one from Kids N Crib came yesterday before I left. I installed it in our truck to test it out and it installed great FF for my 3yr old. I plan on installing them both in my dd's Sub for her babies. Hope they fit side by side!

No problem! They are pretty rectangular even with the cupholder, so I think it will be doable. I will try in my Traverse when I get home this weekend. In the meantime, I am in OKC right now with one if you want to play with it! LOL

The store locator said there was limited availability at a store about 40 miles from me. I looked all over and couldn't find one, I bought an iPhone instead.

Well I went back and they still had both of them! They were still marked at $125, but this time when I scanned them they were actually $53! I was happy after driving the 15 miles out there. They had a $40 MyRide that tempted me but it was this horrible pink and tan color.

That is an amazing deal! Any chance you're willing to sell one? ;)

Was in the area and decided to check just in case and it was marked down, yay! Went back with my $125 reciept and bought the $53 one and then went straight to customer service and returned it for the $125 credit.
