I had the RCA ones when still in Canada, and loved them. They were easy to set up, and use.

Anyone have a link to the RCA ones? I looked up the Phillips ones and a lot of the reviews were bad, saying the second one stopped working.

I don't know how to put links here but the RCA are for sale at kmart and they are dual and they are 2 individual DVDs so each kid can by watching something different, if you google "kmart black Friday" you will find the on the ad for 79.99 that day

Thanks, I think we have a Kmart around here. So, you're happy with the RCA ones? Gah, I always said I'd never put tv/dvd players in the car as that was out sacred time, but I am starting to cave . . .

We have the same set of Phillips ones and so far I love them...about as secure as I could find in the price range (and makes me feel even better that chely has "crash tested" them). We have two RF'ers and one FF'er in the middle row of the Sienna and they work great. I might have to get creative when we have kids in the third row though...

For years I've been anti-DVD players in the car...for numerous reasons. But after getting stuck on the interstate behind wrecks two different times on long trips recently, as well as travelling 4+ hours with 6 kids in the car age 3-6, I re-evaluated.
