Hey y'all! Ive been told by 2 people in last few weeks that Va now has a 2yr RF min (one saw on the news the other told by her pedi) and I can't find anything online to back this up. The last "official" things I found were the APPs recs on the VDH and DMV site as of this past March. Just wondering if anyone my way had heard anything!!
