rf height limit S4M

I was looking through info on the S4M for ds in grandma's car and am not sure what the final verdict is on the height limit for rf. Can anyone tell me? TIA!
Ds stats are in my siggy.

You can use it RF up till one inch below the bottom of the red handle when the head rest is fully extended.

Is that from Graco or is this one of those parental decision things? I saw at one point they were saying 40" overall height. Just want to make sure!

Yes, two early rules - the 40" standing limit and the "crotch strap must be on the inside position for RF" were both rescinded by Graco.
