Prius and the On Board -are they compatible?

I Still have to figure out a seat in my car for Griffin. They didn't leave me the car seat the last couple times I watched him. I tried the Coccoro in all 3 positions today with seatbelt and LATCH (not center.). It's just not good. So I'm planning to put the Coccoro in their spare van. Tonight it occurred to me I have the On Board down there in the storage room. I thought they would like it for the winter but they don't. So maybe I could use that. So, I'm taking the easy way out and asking if anyone knows. It's cold out and I don't want to play car seats anymore.

Yep, outboard at least. I didn't have the front seats very far back, though. And mine was an OnBoard Air 35, idk if that makes a difference :)

Thanks! Yes it's the On Board Air 35. Perhaps I'll go with that then at least for as long as it lasts. Have you used a MA 70 in there? Seats in general just don't seem to install well on those particular leather seats or something.

Oh I don't have leather seats! The OB base is kind of smooth and slick, so it may not work as well for you.

I've had the RA55, BV70 & Pavillion outboard in my Prius as well and since they have the grippy bottoms, I'm fairly certain they'd work just fine on leather. They install like a dream in mine with both LATCH and seatbelt, though LATCH is easier. It wasn't difficult getting her in/out (I know that's one of your concerns), and she didn't hit her head on the roof adjusting herself like in the Foonf. She could probably still fit at 2 weeks shy of 3y, 38" and 30lb, but it was getting tighter RF by 2-2.5y (leg room and width wise.) I know there's not as much love for Britax convertibles around here, but I looooove them. :p

Thanks so much for replying. I agree the slick bottom might not be a go. Well, maybe I'll pick up the MA70 with the raincheck from Target when they get it and give that a go.

I'm starting to hate leather seats. It seems like the only seat I've put in there that worked well was the Secure Kid 400 with the Sure Latch.
