Phantom 11s?

Remember a couple years ago when the forum would (seemingly) randomly go down at :07 after the hour and we dubbed it "the random 7s"?

Well, lately I've noticed several times when I can't get the forum to load at 11:00 pm (central). It lasts for a minute or two.

Just a few minutes ago, it happened at 11:00 am (again, central).

Coincidence...or something supernatural? Or technical?

Those are the database backups. They still happen, but they are only 4x per day instead of 6x per day as the new server has redundant backups. Plus, they are now set to be off the 2 major peaks during the day (which are around 12-1pm central and 7-8pm central). And most importantly, since the server upgrade a few years ago, they are much, much faster. They should only last a minute or two compared to 3-5 minutes before. I think they are 11am, 5pm, 11pm and 5am central time, but not positive about that.

I've noticed a 6pm EST one every so often.
