Question Peg-Perego in a Corolla?

Has anyone tried fitting the Peg-Perego Primo Viaggio Convertible in a Corolla (we have a 2001)?

I'm loving the features of the Peg-Perego. Our son is already 20+ pounds and 28 inches at only 6 months. We have big, tall men in our family and it's looking like our son will take after them instead of us two runts. haha

ETA: We don't have any other kids and we plan on buying a different car when we start adding to our family.

The Peg is great for not taking up much space, so I'm sure it will work well in the Corolla.
However, it's not a particularly tall seat, so it wouldn't be my first choice for a big baby.
Other options that are taller but still don't take up much space would be: Chicco Nextfit, Diono Radian (with angle adjuster down the line if necessary, but it does work without it), the Graco 4ever, and perhaps the Britax Boulevard with Clicktight that comes out at the end of next month. All would probably be better options as they will fit him rear-facing for much longer, and forward facing harness for much longer - if he remains on this curve and stays very large, he will probably outgrow both stages by height before it's safe for him to move to the next stage.
