I am a dork but I noticed this and if it wasn't an ad for safety, well...

But it's an ad about safety and CAR safety. Seriously?????

It's page 40. September 2014. Michelin ad.

(And I'm not even referring to the child holding a projectile).

I had it scanned and everything.
There is also a cartoon baby forward-facing on the opposite page, but cartoon babies have low injury rates I suppose.

You probably need to delete other attachments to make room, and/or possibly reduce the size of the file. Or just upload to a site like Photobucket and copy & paste the IMG code.

Yup, either you are at your limit for uploads or the individual upload is too large in file size or in pixels. Sometimes the software doesn't give you a specific warning which limit is the issue, unfortunately. Photobucket or flickr or something is usually the way to go for hi-resolution images.

That one isn't necessarily too bad. It looks like the kid is getting in or out of the car, maybe adjusting the seatbelt with his other hand. (I don't know if that's actually what's going on, but it doesn't look like there's anyone in the driver's seat, so the car likely isn't in motion.) I can't tell how the lap belt fits or how the shoulder would fit if he weren't pulling on it or whatever. He certainly looks old enough that he might 5-step.

Given how truly awful some of them are, I can't get too worked up about this one.
