Norwegian Carseat info please

I'm looking for a Norwegian RF carseat.

Anyone know any brands that they carry there or where to even look for seats? I know they have Britax, Brio and Graco but what seat is well known there for being great?

Also, anyone know what the carseat laws are there?

All those seats on that list are the same seats that AD sells with the exception of the fixway.
