Question Newer style expedition and tahoe owners?

Do you need the angle adjuster? We are renting (one of these vehicles) and I really prefer not to bring the angle adjusters if I don't have to. We have 2 rear facing. Want to keep all three in the middle row (we have an 8 y/o who will be in a high back turbo too).

Thanks!

My parents have an '08 or '10 expedition (can't remember which) and I don't know if there have been any major changes. I can get a rear facing radian in the center of the second row with Jo angle adjuster. There is plenty of room for my 6'9" DH to drive or ride in the front passenger seat. I've never tried it outboard but it would probably fit fine without, but there might not be much passenger room.

I have an 07 tahoe and for outboard installs I would bring them. Center wont matter unless your child would be bothered with a more reclined seat.

The 2003 Expedition has the RFng Radian way over reclined, flatter than newbor 45* angle. Depending on how soon DH decides to trade this truck in, I may have an answer about how it fits in a 2009 shortly, but not this week or next I don't think.

It doesn't touch the front seats in the 'driving' position, but the driver seat powers back when the key is removed and then bumps into the seat, moving it, but if it wasn't so reclined that wouldn't be an issue. I'd probably take the angle adjusters (and plan to take one with us on our vacation w/ rental cars this summer), just in case.
