Nauti on Suburban 3rd row

I am thinking of getting DS2 a Nauti (harnessed)for our 2002 Suburban. It would be in the center position so DD1 and DS1 have the lap/shoulder belts outboard. I need to know if the third row is deep enough for the Nauti footprint. Any one have any ideas? 2000-2005 third row seats should be the same as mine. TIA

Cool, I just wanted to make sure it would fit because of the overhang rule. I can't try out seats at the store with all 5 kids and DH won't watch them or go with me "to add to my collection";)
