Miss k - Canadian seat question

I have a safety 1st car seat Model # 22-060-CNGH1B2
Design 22
Manufacture date: 2011/08/23
I am wondering if it complies with Transport Canada safety requirements and if I can sell or give it away?

Is there a sticker on the handle that says which position(s) to use in the vehicle? If it requires the handle to be in the upright position that would be one clue that it meets the 2012 standards. If it says any position may be used, then it does not meet current standards.

I'm not sure if there is another way to know for that particular seat. I think we have a pinned post with some of that info. I will see if I can find it.
