After seeing these thread about the MA's missing bolts can someone tell me how many bolts should really be in the seat?
Pictures would be super great but a description would do :D

1 on each side. If you look at the last thread that was started regarding it there's a really good picture attached showing the missing one and the one that's still in the proper place. :)

So are those the only ones causing concern?

We have a plastic piece at the back that slides up and down, what is that for? I've NEVER looked under my seat cover until now so i'm seeing with new eyes :)

I assume you're talking about the piece that slides when you adjust the headrest? That's how the harness height is adjusted. :)

It's just the side bolts that attach the seat to the base that are causing problems. There are some reported problems in terms of the harness not locking properly in to place when you adjust the height, but I don't think it's widespread enough that it's hit the "boards" yet in terms of discussion.

okay, yeah it is what the head support slides down into when you lower the head rest

Okay, just wanted to make sure it was just the base ones that are the concern.
Thanks Trudy :D
