LOVE our new Recaro Performance Booster

I am totally speechless.
It arrived yesterday.
I had any booster as an option, and chose that one since I liked their other stuff we'd had.

Cupholders with inserts that come out to clean? Genius!
Side-protection on the outside of the seat? Neat; it makes it soft for the kids sitting next to it!
The sides are deep. It's beautiful. I am sure there are some cons but I am not seeing them right now (other than that my son will outgrow it someday). :(
He just turned 8. I moved him from the Prosport booster combo-seat because that booster is rather low and this one will be a better fit as he grows.
It's even rather light, too, which I like.

We are leaning toward getting one for ods's first booster. Dh likes the way it looks better than all the other options. what positions have you tried it in the odyssey?

Actually I have it in the Civic right now.

I don't need to put it in the Odyssey yet. Probably next year I will when we do a carseat shuffle.

We have one and love it! We've used it in the captain's chair and 3rd row of our dodge grand caravan and in both back tows of our Nissan armada.

I love DS's too! My only (minor) gripe is that it's so wide at the back, and I have to push it over for DS to buckle sometimes. Other than that, I love it for all the reasons you mentioned!

Another Performance Booster lover here! :) DD hasn't had any complaints, nor have I. I can see how the width could be an issue in some vehicles, though.

By chance has anyone had a chance to try one in the Mazda 5 3rd row? I've heard the Vivo and the Pro Sport worked back there, no word on the performance booster.

We have an '06 DGC and I'm looking for a booster that will work in the back row with that pesky shoulder belt that is forward of the seat back. Does this seat's belt guides work well with the Caravan belt positioning? Like, does it bunch or have a hard time retracting or anything? Does your seat slope? Ours slopes up at the outside and makes the booster we have been test driving lean toward the middle.
