Looking for a convertible for a Honda Fit...BIG BABY!

My nephew is 24lbs and not yet 5 months old. My sister drives a Honda Fit, not sure on the year, but she's had it awhile. If the models have changed much I can get the exact year later. The bub is BIG, the car is small. What fits and has any chance of getting the bub to a safe FFing age? Thanks!

The Peg Convertible fits awesome in a Fit in terms of front passenger room, and is very supportive for younger babies. It should get most kids to age 3 rf, and most to age 4.5 - 5 ff. if he stays on the same growth curve he'd likely need a follow up combo seat, anyways. Hopefully he slows down and if so, the Peg should work nicely.

I know you guys have other good options in the US, too. NextFit and those Graco MySize and clones..

I have an 08 fit. I'd try the peg since it has the 45lb rf limit and will work for him now.

The radian is not great in my fit. It's a combination of very flat seats plus honda disallows touching on either passenger or driver side. I've heard it works with the angle adjuster but that doesn't help you at the moment.

Other than that I agree with Kecia's recommendations.
