Gavin's been FF in my truck for over 8 months now and for over 6 months in dh's. Recently I installed our RXT RF in my vehicle (2nd row center) when we were supposed to get some bad weather and also installed our MR FF (3rd row passenger side) for non-bad weather days if he chose. The bad weather never happened and I couldn't convince him to sit the RXT for anything. He kept telling me "I don't sit that way". "I sit like Austin" and completely fought me on getting in the seat. I decided to keep it in there RF any way because in the event of future bad weather he wasn't going to have a choice. Fast forward to tonight. We had a fund raiser to go to. Austin decided he wanted to sit in the 2nd row rather than the 3rd. Gavin wanted to sit next to Austin so without me even saying a thing he climbed right into the RXT and waited for me to buckle him up.
Of course I obliged. He even chose to sit there again on the way home.
I was actually shocked with how much room he had left. (Also that is not a winter jacket he's wearing. It's a wind breaker with a thin fleece lining. that jacket for the car.) He's 3y 8m.
