Just ordered a Recaro Performace Booster...

...for use in our super-awkward 2002 Forester. Wish me luck!

The only booster I've found that works is The First Years B570 Pathways, and DD has outgrown it. All other boosters cause the seat belt to catch in the shoulder guide and not retract smoothly. In a LBB, the belt doesn't touch her shoulder or chest because it's so far forward. Plus, no SIP in that car, I kind of want her in a HBB as long as possible.

I hope it works for you. Our Performance booster has worked great in all the spots that we've tried it (including spots that we've had problems with other boosters).

I agree with this. It works great in every spot in both of our vehicles, and it's DD1's favorite booster ever. Hope you and DD like it.

We have the Recaro booster love here, too. Colton has a ProBooster and just got the Performance Booster. I love them both. Colton prefers the Performance Booster (cup holders and "better" according to him, armrests) but I don't want to get rid of the ProBooster because it fits in the backseat of my moms Chevy Cruze like it was made for that car. I hope you love the Performance Booster as much as we do!

IT WORKS! Great fit in the Forester. The belt does bunch a little through the shoulder guide, but it still retracts smoothly. DD loves this seat. And I cannot believe how much growing room she has. She will be in it until she is 12, at this rate.
