Is the Harmony Cruz tippy?

My DD1 (almost 10) rides in one and we haven't noticed any tipping issues. Our captains chairs were slightly contoured so that may have helped. She is now riding in the last row, I will have to check, but she hasn't complained abt tipping.

There's a horrible review on Amazon (I think), that they said the kid got out, leaned with their hand on the seat, and fell out of the car and broke her wrist. I sort of agree that the flares at the sides being so high make it more likely to tip and more likely to be used for leverage. But not while riding in the seat, just something to be aware of when climbing in and out, maybe.
