Installing MA

I was wondering if this way was ok to install my marathan!? I usually go over the cover but I heard you could go under the cover and foam pad. Is this correct and safe enough for RF? If not I will change it before going anywhere in the a.m.

If I'm doing it in my car for long term use I go under the cover and foam (remember to watch the buckle, route the belt closer to the where the kid's butt would be then the feet) but If I'm doing it for the day in someone else's car I go over the cover because it's 3 seconds faster (lol).

The crotch strap goes closer to the backseat than the seatbelt. The seatbelt goes closer to the baby's bum. I was just helping parents install two brand new Marathons and this was something I had to look up in the manual. The seatbelt must be routed between the bum and the crotch strap.
