Infant seat

If you were buying an infant seat for under $180, which would you buy? I am looking for lightweight. I also am looking for suggestions for the covers that go over the top (not the Bundle Me obviously). Baby is due in the winter. :) I'll be waiting to buy until we know the gender in a few weeks.

I should clarify that this is not for me. Niece or nephew coming! :p
