I saw a Vivo "in the wild" today!

Okay, iit was the Target parking lot. But the only other place I've ever seen a Recaro booster was MommyBoha's backseat. then I wondered if that person was going to get online somewhere tonight and say "I saw a Radian and an Oobr today!"

I saw one at a car seat check, next to a sit n stroll and something else expired. I figured the owner had been shopping craigslist.

I saw a radian in a grocery store parking lot in my dinky, little town a few years ago. It made my day, but I haven't seen it since.

I work on a college campus and have spotted a Vivo, RN and FR85 in the parking lot recently but have never seen anything like them off campus.

I saw an RF Radian the other day in a Mazda Tribute in the parking lot at BRU and had to restrain myself from paging the customer with the Radian so I could give them a high-5

About a month ago the car in front of me had a Monterey... I meant to come on and make one of these threads lol. They don't sell them anywhere here in town (believe me, I looked) so whomever owned it must be "in the know" enough to have specifically ordered it online.

Oddly enough, the first time I ever saw a Vivo IRL was in "the wild" - a kid a DD's school had one, and the mom caught me sneaking furtive glances in her car, lol. I had always wanted to try DD in one, so she let me try it out. Then I went to Big Lots and bought my first Vivo.

I have a feeling I may be seeing a lot more seats around here. We have one of those overstock/return stores or whatever you call them. They have EVERYTHING there. I've seen at least one Monterrey, Radian, Ozzy, Olli, Oobr, Aton, ProRide, ProBooster, Frontier, all other Britax, Coccorro..I'm sure there are more but I can't remember. Britax are seen a decent amount around here which I find odd bc it is a small town in AL.

I once spotted a 1994 ford tempo, driving on main street with a high back turbobooster in it. I started to get excited and then realized it was dh's car. He had taken it to the shop and apparently they were driving it around to find out what was wrong with it.

On Tuesday I saw a van in the Walmart parking lot with 2 Recaros both rear-facing!! I saw the same van again yesterday!!

On Wednesday I saw a car with 2 rear-facing myrides!!

I saw a britax Multitech yesterday IN BRAZIL, at the airport. They also had a foreign stroller, so they were probably visiting, but it was SO nice to see a car seat here, ther land where car safety never arrived to. Yesterday I saw my aunt squeeze 5 adults plus 3 kids ( 10 yo, and two 2yo) in a small sedan for a 10 minute ride. Two adults upfront, 3 back, kids on laps AND they wanted my dd to ride with them too. I just about passed out They they called me annoying that it was a short ride and that I don't let them take her anywhere. YEAH, without a car seat you bet she isn't going anywhere. I am struggling enough she might have to ride FF in some cars here, let alone with no seat at all.

And I got all excited when I took dd to a bday party and saw a RXTL in the back seat. When I went inside reliazed it was my friend ( who bought the seat after I reccomended it to her) and was driving her husband's spare care that I had never seen. All I ever see her are Coscos harness to boosters, Alpha Omegas, Sceneras and some MRs.

I saw an 80s mustang that was in bad shape inside and out with a rf complete air and a frontier 85. I wad grabbing dh to show him. He didnt get what I was talking about.

I saw a rear facing britax today with a child who definitely looked to be ERFing!! I see lots of britax seats but they are usually all FF. I also saw a FF radian yesterday.
