I need some help finding pictures or video!

I've got a tech who's having a disagreement with his sponsoring organization. He's a medicaid driver and frequently transports kids who are moving between foster care and parents or in custody disputes. Here's the problem.

His organization doesn't follow recommendations for strap placement...it's too much of a hassle to move the straps. He's trying to tell them why a rear facing seat should have straps at or below the shoulder and a forward facing seat should have them at or above. I've sent him the links of rear facing vs forward facing crashes with descriptions of the type of movement experienced and what kind of strap placement works best. But, there's not a lot out there to explain exactly WHY this is important.

That said, I'd like a mountain to bury this arguement in. I've included the youtube links of both FFing and RFing crash tests, plus this link http://www.car-safety.org/rearface.html with the instructions to read the ride-down time section.

Does anyone have any more good links?
