I need help with a 5 point harness car seat for special needs child.

Our son is 7 years old but developmentally more like 5. He is absolutely not safe in a HBB. He currently weighs 65 pounds and that is the upper limit for most car seats I can find. He is 51 inches tall. He leans over the side, falls asleep, makes it rock from side to side. I have decided for safety he needs to go back to a 5 point harness seat that is anchored to the seat itself for stability. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Britax Frontier/Pinnacle are the longest lasting harnessed seats, with the tallest top harness slots and a 90 pound weight limit. The Pinnacle has extra side impact protection, and is wider and more expensive.
