...by this 1994 Pathfinder.

I was hoping to get a literider, GN, literider 3 across but THESE buttheads (they're on each side) decided to ruin my life.

This picture is from months ago and I only drive this car every few months and rarely with kids, but I was sorting through my pictures and found it and it pissed me off all over again.

if you haven't already found a solution, I'd try cosco top side, Evenflo Maestro/secure kid 300/400, cosco top side (or bubblebums instead of the top sides)

Yeah it's ridiculous. Do RSTVs require a top tether? I'm not sure the Pathfinder would have one. Anybody know?

It's not my car and I only drive it a couple of times a year, so I'm not going to buys seats for it. Other than that one time I've never needed to put 3 across in it, thankfully. About 6 years ago we had to do 2 toddlers and an adult, and that was AWFUL as well.

It doesn't need a top tether with a lap and shoulder belt. That car doesn't have top tethers, they'd have to be retrofitted.
