ok, my friends AOE (2/13) is a mess. Filthy. So I told her I would clean it for her. OMG. Now I hate this seat even more! How do you get the cover off of this seat? I am down to just one part...where the harness comes out near the childs thigh. There is a plastic oval shaped thing that is in there for good and I cant get the main cover off the seat! Anybody have any suggestions or links?

Usually those oval plastic pieces "pop off" with a spoon, if it is the one I am thinking

Flip the seat over. There are little plastic tabs that you squeeze together/pry out with a screwdriver to release the ovals. You'll probably have to do the same for the ones at the shoulders too.
