help on OS Boulevard

I met with a client and her mother yesterday to give education on their car seats. The grandmother is going to be using an OS boulevard in her car (it was a family members so they do know where it came from) the splitter plate caught on the back of the seat everytime I tried to loosen the harness, I tried re-threading (no manual, and I couldn't call britax due to timing, and I couldn't quickly find a picture.) No matter what I did the splitter plate would catch.

Can anyone tell me how the harness and splitter plate needs to be threaded? Any pictures :) I am going to meet with Grandma again later this week. We ran out of time and she won't be taking the little girl anywhere this week, so I have time to help solve the problem.

Thanks!!!!!

There should be a little cover on the back that protects the splitter plate and you run it underneath it. I have a bunch of blvds and I've never had a problem with that.

I had a os blvd quite awhile ago (and its not one I see very often) so that is what I thought, I did that and it still got caught so I started second guessing myself and tried different configurations.... I think I better go take some pictures...
