Help adjusting Radian Harness

New member
Hi. I have an xtsl and for the most part I love it. I've just passed it down to the baby and I'd forgotten how hard it is to remove and replace the harness straps on the little sliver clip thing so you can adjust the harness height. In the end I ended u[ using my car key to wedge and wiggle those straps off and back on (the strap webbing is really stiff...). Surely there is an easier way to do this. Is is not that hard on other car seats I've used. Any suggestions on ways to make this easier? Thanks.

I found the same issue with my XTSL, until I replaced my harness. The newer versions of the harness straps have longer loops, and it's a lot easier to thread onto the splitter plate. You can order a replacement harness set off Diono's website. The other thing is I think they're now offering the harness in a couple of different lengths, so you may want to measure your current one, and decide if you want the same or one that's longer/shorter.
