Getting rid of my Nautilus, what seats?

I have 2 gn seats that have become a total pain to me. Regardless of what I do, the buckles are difficult to undo. I have some nerve damage in one shoulder and it seems like the harness tortures me. I have had it get stuck with a kid in it. Calling graco for a replacement buckle didn't help. I'm thinking of selling my two graco nautilus locally and replacing them with something different. But what? I drive an expedition and need two seats to go in the back seat with a child between them. How much wider will the frontiers be? Are the pro sports more narrow? Does anything puzzle with the frontier ffing?
Ds1 will be 5 next week. I'm going to say he is not ready for booster full time. But maybe I am just not ready for full time. I have let him booster for short trips and he does very well. He is a lightweight though, maybe 42 lbs, but wears a 6/7 slim in pants. He is all leg and can still ride in the myride but barely.
Ds2 is two and huge. He is built like a tank. He weighs nearly 40 lbs now. I buy 4t shirts because he looks like Winnie the Pooh in his 3t stuff. 3t jeans are longish on him but he can't wear a 24 month waist. By contrast, ds1 can still wear a 24 month waist.
I am also planning to get rid of my myride. The buckle issues are less noticeable but are also there. I have a bonus baby who will be with me for the next year while his mother is in rehab. He is nearly 7 months, 21lbs. He will rear face until mom gets out. I love my Britax marathons for him. I also have a EFTA. I'm considering getting a new seat for him as well. Toying with the idea of the purple evenflo seat just because its pretty. Color aside, what seat would you get if you could get something new. He sits in the center of the 2nd row of the expedition. The two older boys sit in the third row with dd3 between them.

If he is that big at 2 I might go right fit the fr85. I have one like that. He is 4 and 60 lbs now. Not an ounce of fat on him. He is solid muscle and lean and long.

It is a Shane they switched buckles. I have the old ones and I love that seat.
