Question Fisher Price Convertible Car Seat - Height Limit

My in-laws have a Fisher Price convertible car seat from a few years back. I don't know the model (and I don't know if there is a way to find out), it might be the Cosmo. Anyone know the height limit forward facing? Is it up to the top of the head, 1 inch below the top, up to the top of the ears?

It would be a good idea to check that the seat is not expired before using it. Fisher Price seats have not been made for quite some time.

For forward-facing it would be ears to the top of the seat, shoulders reaching the top harness slots, or whatever the standing height limit is.
