I just bought 2012 Nissan Frontier and it has the extended cab. I've placed my granddaughters booste seat in the cab part and the amount of room between her and the seat is a matter of inches. She'll be 5 in a couple of months and weighs arond 45lbs. Can she ride in the front seat without me getting a ticket?

Welcome! Can you give us a little more information so we can help you figure it out? What state are you in? Is she in a belt-positioning booster without harness, or a combination seat (which some people call a ”harnessed booster” sometimes?)
