Has anyone used these seats yet? Is it really 43.3" or is it based on where the head and shoulder straps are located? It seems odd that there are apparently 18" top harness slots yet only a 43.3" height limit. Could someone help me out on this? The Maestro (and a lot of other carseats) seem to have 18" harness slots and go a lot taller...

Also, everytime I google to try to find a manual download to have a look, I get directed to the 300 or the 400. Does anyone have a link to the 100 manual?

Thanks!!
