ETA, Momentum or Symphony

Help me decide. I took the ETA out to my car at BrUS yesterday. It fit in there fine ff with the seatbelt. I couldn't get the thing to recline and it was way upright rf, so I didn't try to install rf. I would like the option of rf, if not for Matthew, whose weight it already at least 35 lbs, and that was awhile ago, then for some future child.

Anyway, I couldn't find the Momentum anywhere to try. I saw this several days ago on CL, so called them today and they have it - it was a damaged box. Would you consider it, or not? The Symphony is available at BrUS and Toys r Us. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/dak/bab/2863689912.html

My other question - Are these 3 similar enough to assume they'd fit size wise and installation wise in my vehicle. I'm not sure I want the ETA because of the knobs. I had them with the Bolero and I didn't hate them. I don't know if they'd work rf in my car or not.

I'm driving a 2011 Prius if that helps anyone. Sorry for the book and thanks for any help.

No, the momentum has a tiny little base and sits really forward when rfing so I always had to use a towel no matter what vehicle I tried. I would say the efta and symphony are similair but I didn't really like the symphany. Now the new symphany e3 looks nice but I've never tried it in a car.

Ummm, the cover. It was really scratchy and would snag constantly. Evenflo replaced it for me with the momentum because the adjuster kept getting stuck and with their closed harnesses you can't really do anything about it.

And I just realized I spent an entire post spelling it symphany. I'm really not stupid, I just couldn't figure out why it looked weird.

The e3 goes in BEAUTIFULLY in my 2006 Prius with the sureLATCH or whatever it's called. I don't think it would be reclined enough for a newborn (never really checked and now it's in my mom's car), but with a little work I'm sure it could be. I haven't tried FF. I bought it on a whim on a roadtrip when DD screamed the whole time in the CA65. Stuck her in a bunch of seats at BRU, and the e3 is the one she grinned in and wouldn't get out of.
