We're going to be car shopping in the near future and I'd like to plan ahead for a possible 3rd baby because we plan on having whatever we get for a long time. We have 2 kids right now, but we might have a 3rd in a couple of years, so I'd like to be prepared for that.
We want something in the crossover/small SUV type range (DH's parents drive a sature vue and we really like that) because getting our jogger into the trunk of our current car is a PITA and once it's in there is no room for anything else, so definitely storage room is a big plus. We would also like something that comes in a hybrid if possible. We drive a civic hybrid right now and the gas mileage is one of the things we love about it and are not excited to give up but we are SO sick of the lack of space (for instance if we put the double stroller in the trunk, which barely fits to begin with, then we can't fit anything else with it)
anyway, so suggestions for a smallish SUV or crossover type vehicle that will be good for 3 across would be great! Thanks!
