Easiest belt buckle?

I was just diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis a few days ago. I"m thinking to the future, in 6 months, when I have to buy two new car seats. I need something I can unbuckle myself and am looking to see if anyone knows which seats have easier buckles? Before all of this, my plans were a Radian for my 1 yo (will be 1.75 then) and had not decided on a seat for my 3 yo (will be 3.5 then). Either using big sister's Frontier and buying a booster for big sis (will be 6 by then) or buying her a harness seat like the Sureride.

Any ideas on the difficulty of the buckles on the Radian and Sureride? I'm struggling with the Graco infant seat buckle right now.

Maybe get a Buckle Bopper? My Radian buckles are both really sticky, though the older ones were never this bad. The Evenflo buckles are similar to the Gracos- definitely not easy. I find the best ones to be Britax, Recaro, Clek... they all use the same premium brand.

I need to be switching seats around, and will prob need to get one more seat for ds. My mom's arthritis in her hands is bad......to the recommendation that Britax and Recaro seem to tbe th eeasiest....any particular models? When we had an original Roundabout, my mom loved that...super easy to tighten the straps, easy enough buckle.

:yeahthatlove:

I have a buckle bopper that I gave my MIL who has severe rheumatoid arthritis and that is the ONLY way she can unbuckle my sons Frontier. So even a buckle that is easier to do she can't. I really love that product!

Our Evenflo Securekid might cause finger problems. It's soooo tough @ the angle I buckle, through the trunk leaning over.

The Radian was easy to buckle and do the chest clip...only my kids could do it and I had to watch them! It was too easy! But tightening or loosening was hard.

I find Recaro Prosport super easy all around.
