I was at target, and they had a big stack of backless boosters, and to my surprise, I realized they were NOT all amps and turbos, but they had harmony cruz boosters in GORGEOUS purple! (PURPLE!!) and bright blue, and they had the newly released cosco topside booster. It was mentioned back at ABCkids. link here http://carseatblog.com/12923/abc-ex...-from-safety-1st-maxi-cosi-cosco-eddie-bauer/

It's a nice backless, along the lines of the literider, except with bigger higher sides..although not as big and high as the cruz. For $13, I think it's definitely going to become a highly popular backless, being so much less expensive than a backless turbo or amp. The colors were one that was mostly red and one that was mostly black. Sorry, i don't carry a camera around.

I'm glad that booster has a 40lb weight minimum...unlike the harmony literider. I was wondering because all of the old cosco boosters were on clearance at my target.

Great. I just bought a cruz in tan! I definitely need one in purple, but hey, I have a bunch of kids and several that can ride in backless boosters.

Was the Cruz a dark or light purple? (My sons favorite color is purple but only the "boy purple", his words :p  )

Nice to have a Harmony that's not at walmart (I have a huge number of customers at BRU who will not buy anything there, particularly they think carseats are of inferior quality/safety :shrug-shoulders:).
And I'll need to add the Cosco to my spreadsheet of boosters, I've owned dozens of backless ones

I like purple. I wish companies would put a higher age limit on their backless boosters instead of just a higher weight limit.

Totally OT but I went to BRU today to look at boosters. There were like 3 HB's and 2 backless. It was quite disappointing. I had more choices to compare at Target and Walmart!

The Target I was at today didn't have these new boosters. But I think I'll look at another one tomorrow cause I need a new one.
