Okay, the Clek booster is cool, and I actually got the chance to check it out in person at Canadian Tire yesterday, and dh was even with me! I haven't heard any reviews about it, but it looks pretty neat to me! What do you guys think about it? As it stands I think I loke this for the very far off future when Jenna needs a booster, at 40lbs right? KIDDING!!!;)

I think it is really cool! My only hesitation is that it is a backless so I guess once the HBB is outgrown this would be great.

I alsothink this would be a great seat for the Grandparents vehicle (if they have LATCH and headrests of course) I think it would make it easier for them to use then to try and figure out the belt guides and whatnot

I was just thinking abou this when Jenna outgrows a HBB, not sooner. But otherwise it's pretty cool. Maybe by the time Jenna needs a booster, they might have it in a HBB!

It is cool... but it works in limited vehicles using LATCH because the lower anchors in vehicles are not standard. Some are buried way deep into the seat, some are further out on the seat bottom and yet others are on the seat back a little higher up... so depending on where you lower anchors are located this seat may or may not work in your vehicle.

Just another case of the best seat is the one that fits your budget, your child and your *vehicle*. ;)

:yeahthat:

If it works, this is a great option for older kids because it doesn't look like a booster. I was initially skeptical of the idea of a LATCH only booster, but it makes sense to have it be more of a part of the car. It seems fairly comfortable to me too.

It will be available in the US sometimes soon, although I understand the US model will have armrests IIRC.

I wonder what the expiry date on these are though? It is a bit pricey for a backless booster.

12, maybe 14" if I remember right. (its a perfect square). To me it seems like by the time a high back booster is outgrown, this seat would be to small to stay on comfortably. I do like the idea of it being part of the vehicle though.
