child loosens Nautilus straps - is Frontier better for this?

My friends little girl is self-loosening the straps of her Nautilus while they are driving. Lots of instruction, still a problem.

They are in the market for another seat anyway - is a Frontier better for this, more difficult/impossible for a 5yo to loosen on her own?

It is more difficult. The harness lever is far more buried on a Frontier.

Thanks - any other seat advice? This kiddo is quite big, and already on the top slot of the Nautilus at barely 5 yo. Not sure if the Frontier is reachable for their budget. Booster training is out of the question at this point - might be more like 7 before she'll be mature enough to keep the seat belt in place while driving.

They might want to check out the Evenflo Sureride. It's $99 if you don't watch for a sale, has the second tallest top harness height on the market after the Frontier, and my tall, long waisted 6 year old has plenty of growing room in it. It's a convertible, and doesn't become a booster later, but it sounds like that isn't much of a concern.

Ours lives at my in-laws' so I'm not sure off the top of my head how accessible the harness adjuster is, but it would at least be different from the Nautilus.
