Question Cars with seat belts that fit adults properly?

Hope this is the right place for this.

I am not nor will I be in the place to purchase another car anytime soon but I am wondering about seat belts. My seat belt in my 02 Sebring rides up on my tummy and also cuts into my neck. God help me if I ever have a wreck. Does anyone have a list of or know of any cars that the belt fits a wide variety of adults? I think this may be one of the main things I look at when I buy a newer car in the next 2-5 years depending on how long the Sebring lasts. Also is there ANYTHING that can be done to get my belt to fit properly? I once saw a woman who had a locking clip on her seat belt to help position the belt correctly but I am not exactly sure how safe this was.

The seatbelt in my 1998 Lexus es300 fits me great! I have fully adjustable front seats though. I can move them forward/back as well as up/down. The seatbelt itself is adjustable near the door. I move it up/down so it crosses the middle of my shoulder and doesn't rub my neck. The lap belt lays across my hips.

The same cannot be said for the 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix I borrowed from the collision shop when they worked on my car earlier this week. Even though it had all the same adjustable features as my car, the shoulder belt kept rubbing my neck and the lap belt fit didn't feel as good. I noted that the belt stalks were long and rigid where as the belt stalks in my car are...not.
