Caravan/Routan vs booster seat question!

I had an argument with DD today about Matthew riding in the back of the van in a no back booster. Seriously, if you knew it wasn't safe, why oh why would you keep on doing it? Actually I believe one of the other kids is probably doing the same thing since Griffin continues to ride in a captains chair. I'm so frustrated with her.

Anyway, his current seat is broken (they don't take care of a darn thing) so I'm not getting another Parkway. I think the Big Kid works back there as well as the Safety 1st Boost Air if memory serves me. The Boost Air would last longer but he's been riding backless for so long I worry the head wings would be a deterrent. I was looking at Target.com and there are a bunch of different Evenflos. Does anyone know exactly which one would work? Also isn't there a new Evenflo that looks more substantial? I don't know what it's called.

I think the evenflo right fit is the new one. Comes in great bright colors. I think the boost air requires head support from the vehicle seat

I googled the Right Fit and got the CSFTL review. It works in the T & C but has only an 18.5 inch belt guide. I guess I'll give the Boost air a try. I might run over to Sears and see if they have it there.
