Can 05 Chevy Venture have middle shoulder belts added?

We have a 2005 Chevy venture. It is an 8 passenger but the 2 middle seats only have lap belts. We only can put carseats in those spots but my dh was telling me he wanted to find out if we can get shoulder belts added. It would make things easier because we are expecting baby # 6 in January.
we just turned our 5 yr old FF and moved him to the back bench. I had to move my 11 yr old from a Britax PW to a low back booster because she couldn't get to the buckle well and it was very tight.
Right now our 9 yr old is in a PW in the front passenger, 2 yr old is rf in the middle in a MA and 13 yr old sits behind the driver with just seatbelt.
It is very hard being so limited on seating because of the should belt issue so I thought I would ask if anyone knows if this is possible before I started calling and asked a dealer.
It would kind of be nice if we could put the oldest in the middle between the 2 yr old and a newborn instead of having the baby by my monster child

No it isn't possible to get lap shoulder belts installed in your center seats. I have a Pontiac Montana (same vehicle as yours) and already tried. GM doesn't offer that at all.

We were hoping to stretch out the time needed before we had to upgrade to a newer vehicle.

You just need to get a seat to harness the 5yo in the middle of the back bench.

I would do 9yo, 5yo (in harnessed seat) and 11yo in back bench, and newborn, 2yo and 13yo in middle bench. The three big kids could be swapped around depending on where they fit and behave best.

Buying new seats will be cheaper than upgrading the vehicle.

Oh, I see now....you want to get the newborn away from the 2yo.....then I would put the 2yo in the back middle and make one of the big kids buckle monster child in. 5yo in middle bench, middle position with the harnessed seat.

Do you have the two tether options in the back bench or just one? Could you put the two year old RFin the back middle and than baby middle middle and five year old behind drivers?
