Was it the parkway people were having issues with? Or another booster?

The Monterey was the one I have seen most giving people trouble. At least until they sent out newest head piece.

The parkway is also (if you're talking about the belt not retracting correctly).

Ours wouldn't retract in our Dodge truck, but I can get it to work in our Outlook by moving the seat forward and more upright.

Mine isn't in use. I recall there being issues. Should I be requesting a new head piece?

I do recall having issues with the Parkway SGL initially when it first came out. I sent it back but now I can't remember why.

Thanks for the replies! I went with the kiddy cruiser fix and I hope it works for us. If it doesn't the parkway is still a consideration.
